Onboarding Portal Upcoming Changes

Onboarding Portal Upcoming Changes

Being the most important part of gotomyerp, we want to sincerely thank you for your loyalty and partnership with us.

We have been listening to you over the past months and years, and are always working hard to improve your experience. In the coming weeks, we will be rolling out some exciting changes based on your feedback, which we hope you will enjoy!

The gotomyerp Onboarding Portal login process has been confusing for our users. So we are doing something about it, to make it more secure, and straightforward.

Though we have made some aesthetic changes to the Onboarding Portal, the main one that affects your access is the authentication. Currently, this is done using your "Company Access Code". Once the change is implemented, each “Primary contact” and “Backup contact” will be receiving an invite to register for their own user to access the Onboarding Portal, and the "Company Access Code" will no longer be required. Instead, you will now simply use your email address and a password you create for your own portal login.

The sign up process will be straight forward and easy to complete. In the coming weeks, you will be receiving an invite to your email inbox on file with gotomyerp, to sign up with your account. The email will come from "notify@quickbase.com". Please make sure that this email is in your address book so that it does not get flagged as spam/junk mail.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why is this change happening?

A: We are making this change for 2 main reasons:

  1. To make your experience easier, more streamlined and secure.
  2. To allow for improvement and functionality enhancements and provide you more services in the future.

Q: What happens to my Authorized Users and IT Contacts who can now access the Onboarding Portal?

A: If you have Authorized Users or IT contacts aside from your Primary and Backup contacts specified on your accounts, we will still honor their privileges, as it relates to requesting support, or helping your users with password reset/account management.
If you would like to allow those users to login to the Onboarding Portal with their own credentials, you can do so by by enabling their Portal Access from within the Onboarding Portal itself. This will incur a $10 / user charge per month, and is completely optional.

Q: Will this change affect my user's ability to access their hosted applications?
A: Not at all! This is only related to the Onboarding Portal, and does not interfere with the user's ability to access your hosted applications.

Q: Will there be more guidance on the process?
A: Absolutely. We will have some step by step guides to get started when we send out the registration links.
