ADVISORY: Microsoft Update Causes Excel Export Error on MISys
Microsoft has identified this as an issue with a recent Windows update, and are working to resolve it, For more information, you can view this article

On the update cycle of 10/13/2017, Microsoft released an update for Microsoft office which caused MIsys exports to fail with the following error:
This problem is currently under investigation, and are hoping for a Microsoft fix to be released. Meanwhile, if you use Misys and run into this error, please Submit a Ticket
for a workaround that can be applied to your server to resolve this issue in the interim.
