AppDashboard Icons are Greyed out

Issue

The application Icons are grayed out and inaccessible on the AppDashboard.

Solution

This is caused by missing required software for your company, and you should see the below message on the AppDashboard.

Please click on the 'please click here to install' link, you will be presented with a list of the missing applications and a "Click to Install" button for each missing application.

Once all dependencies are installed, your apps will become available.
