When you try to access Bank Feed or perform a task that is related to Bank Feed you get a pop up similar to the one below.

System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'OLB_Center.WPF.Model.FIBluePrintParser' threw an exception. ---> System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks 2019\Components\OLB\branding\filist\FIBlueprint.xml' is denied.

    

QuickBooks has designed the Bank Feeds to be used by one user at a time, so it locks the files located in "C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks 2019\Components\OLB\branding\filist\" to the user who is using it. It does not release this lock automatically.

1. If you know the user who was using bank feed, ask them to click on Banking --> Bank Feeds --> Release Exclusive Use

 

    

2. If you do not know who the user is, please submit a ticket by going to https://support.gotomyerp.com/ and we can reset the permissions on that folder for you.
