How to cleanup the AppDashboard configuration

Cleanup AppDashboard Configuration

Summary
In some instances, the AppDashboard client needs to be reinstalled. Performing a simple uninstall from the "Programs and Features" window only removes the AppDashboard client, but does not cleanup any associated files and/or configurations.
One of the two methods below can be used to do a full cleanup. After the cleanup, AppDashboard can be re-installed from scratch.

This method is the easiest and most straight forward.
Method 2: Manually Cleanup
Warning
    Warning: Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or by using another method. These problems might require that you reinstall the operating system. gotomyerp cannot guarantee that these problems can be solved. Modify the registry at your own risk.

  • Exit out of the AppDashboard Client, by either:
    1. "Right-click" on the AppDashboard icon in the task bar and select " Exit "
      [OR]
    2. Open " Task Manager ", find the " App Dashboard.exe ", right-click, then select " End Task "
  • Navigate to " Programs and Features " and uninstall the "AppDashboard " item.
  • In %USERPROFILE%\appdata\local - delete the folder: filebridge-gotomyerp
  • In %USERPROFILE%\appdata\local - delete the folder: gotomyerp,_llc
  • In %USERPROFILE%\appdata\local\apps\2.0\<Random>\<Random> - delete:
    1. appd...exe_<random>_<random>
    2. appd..tion_<random>_<random>
  • In %USERPROFILE%\appdata\local\apps\2.0\<Random>\<Random>\manifests
    - delete all files that begin with:
    1. appd...exe_<random>_<random>
    2. appd..tion_<random>_<random>
  • Open " regedit ":
    1. in HKCU\Software\
      - delete:
      1. Key: gotomyerp
  • Open " cmd " and type " net use "
    1. Look for the drive letters that FileBridge was mapped on.
    2. Remove it by typing: net use <driveletter:> /del
      (where <driveletter:> is the letter used for FileBridge, i.e: g:)
    3. The UNC path will look something like the following: https://<string>.gotomyerp.com@SSL@####/WebDavRoot
    Reinstall
