Couldn't Verify Account on Excel
Problem:
You receive a message on your Excel stating that you couldn't verify your account
Solution:
Log into your @gotomyerp.cloud account.
1. Click on your initials on the top right and then sign in
2. Enter your @gotomyerp.cloud account credentials
3. The message should then disappear and you'll have connected.
