Font in the applications are hard to read or appear to be in low resolution
Problem
When using a remote application, the font is a bit hard to read or appears to be in low resolution.
Resolution
Using Microsoft's ClearType application to fine tune the font. Once this issue has been reported by the client, gotomyerp will publish the ClearType app (C:\Windows\System32\cttune.exe).
1) Users will find the app on their AppDashboard
2) Once you start up ClearType, make sure "Turn on ClearType" is checked and then click on Next
3) On the next screen select "Yes, I want to tune all monitors now"
4) Afterwards, you'll be greeted by several boxes that have text in them. Select the one that looks best to you and just keep going until the end and then select "Finish"
