How to Change or Recover your Password on AppDashboard 2.0 (Azure)

This article walks through common procedures in your AppDashboard 2.0 account management:

How to Change your Password
To change your password, please follow these steps:
  1. On your AppDashboard,  click the "Manage Account"  icon, then click on
  2. Ensure that your username is correctly displayed, then enter the CAPTCHA Code
  3. Complete your two-factor authentication
  4. Enter a new password, then confirm and click "Finish"
  5. In your AppDashboard, click on the "Refresh"  icon, and enter your new password in the box.
Alert
When launching a hosted app for the first time after a password reset, you will be prompted for your password one more time. Please make sure to check the "Remember Me" checkbox to avoid being prompted on subsequent appliation launches


How to Recover Your Account
To recover your account password, please follow these steps:

If you already have a company profile setup in your AppDashboard:
  1. On your AppDashboard, click on "Logoff"  , then click on "Logon"  again. 
  2. At the login screen click on "Forgot My Password"
If you do not have a company profile setup in your AppDashboard
  1. Click on Add  , then enter your "Company" and your "Username"
  2. Alert
    If you don't know what your Company Name and/or Username are, please refer to the provisioning email sent to during your onboarding. The email should be from notify@quickbase.com. If you cannot find that, you may either speak to your Authorized user for your hosted account or contact support@gotomyerp.com for assistance.
  3. Click "Connect" , then click on "Forgot my password"
  4. Verify your gotomyerp username, enter the CAPTCHA Code, and complete your two-factor authentication.
  5. Enter and verify your new password, then click "Finish"
  6. Close the password reset window in the AppDashboard
  7. Enter your newly changed password in the AppDashboard and click on "Connect"
