How to request emergency user terminations

How to request emergency user terminations

There are instances, where a company may need to terminate an employee abruptly or on short notice.
Typically, normal onboarding and termination of users requires a processing time of 24-48 hours.

When there is a need to terminate an employee, or if you require a specific time for disabling the account to match your internal termination procedures, we can help. We only ask that you please follow these steps to make that request:
  1. Request user deletion/termination of the employee on the onboarding portal. (How do I do this?).
This process can only be completed by the Primary/Backup or Authorized contact on the account.
  2. Call the support line (877-888-5525 x33) and leave a voicemail with your request.
  3. Open a support ticket requesting the termination date and time for the user in question.
    • (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) Give us at least a 2-4 hours notice so that we may have a resource available to handle the urgent request.
    • (NOT RECOMMENDED) In rare cases, a termination may happen within minutes. In this case, we cannot make any guarantees, and can only assist based on support staff availability at the time of the request.
On both steps #2 and #3, please include the following information:
  • The full name of the user to be terminated
  • The requested date and time when you would like the account to be disabled.
Note: If the user happens to be logged in to the hosted system at the time of termination, their session will be forcefully disconnected, and their account disabled.
