Installing FileBridge application issue - Application install - Security Warning Your administrator has blocked this application

When installing FileBridge application you might get a security warning similar to the one below

Application Install - Security Warning
Your administrator has blocked this application because it potentially poses a security risk to your computer

Why is this happening?
The issue is caused by "ClickOnce Trust Prompt Behavior" setting on your computer

How to fix it
We highly recommend the below instructions to be followed by an IT person or someone who is familiar with registry.
  1. Open your registry editor by going to Start -> Run -> Regedit  (Press enter)
  2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\.NETFramework\Security\TrustManager\PromptingLevel
  3. Change the String Value subkey to Default or Enabled for Internet.
  4. You might have to restart the computer after changing the above settings.
  5. If changing the Value for INTERNET Subkey doesn't resolve the issue, you will need to change the value of other subkeys (UntrustedSites, MyComputer,LocalIntranet, Trustedsites)

Did you know?
You now have access to the gotomyerp AppDashboard which replaces both your FileBridge client, and removes your dependency on any browser. We highly recommend that you install that.
