Migrated clients can't login

Prerequisites

Make sure you are enrolled in the new server first. If you are currently enrolling then make sure your password is matching with the old server. Otherwise, you'll face the problem below of not being able to log in despite typing in the correct password.

Problem

If your company has just migrated or in process of migration to a new server and you can't log, you might be facing a password issue. Username and Passwords must be the exact same on both servers.

Solution

Go to your gotomyerp application portal or the AppDashboardand reset the password so that both passwords are the same for your username. 
To reset your password please follow the steps below:

AppDashboard

1) Open the AppDashboard
2) Click on the to manage your account
3) Choose the appropriate option (Forgot my password, or Change my password)
4) Follow the instructions to complete the reset

Web Application Portal

1) Go to your gotomyerp Application Portal
2) Click on the link underneath where you enter the password
3) Select "Forgot my password"
4) Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password

Please note that 6 of your historical passwords are remembered in the system. To avoid confusion, please make sure to set a password that you have not used previously.
