QuickBooks Webmail Alternative

There are two alternatives to send documents, such as invoices, etc, from QuickBooks without using the QuickBooks built-in email options, which are "Web Mail" and "QuickBooks E-mail".

 

OPTION 1 - FileBridge

Using FileBridge, you can save the document that you planned to email out onto the FileBridge drive. Afterward, using FileBridge on your personal computer, you can send the file via your email client. 


OPTION 2 - TSPrint PDF

You can subscribe to an advanced printing solution called TSPrint.
  1. Navigate to the invoice or document you want to email.
  2. Print it to a printer named "TS Print PDF"  and select "Send E-mail" under Local Actions.
    1. This will open the default email client on your computer which will have a new email drafted with the PDF file attached.
