Receiving a message about my password expired
Problem:
When you login to the portal, you receive a message stating that your password is expired and requires that you contact an administrator for assistance, or to click on the "Forgot Password/Reset Password" link.
Resolution 1:
If you had initially enrolled in the Self Service Reset Password Management (or SSRPM), you are able to click on the "Forgot Password/Reset Password" link, and select the "Reset Your Password" link. You will be prompted to enter your username, and the CAPTCHA code. You will then be able to either answer your challenge questions, and reset your password, or get a temporary pin sent to your email on file to complete the password reset process.
Resolution 2:
In the event that your password expired before you had a chance to enroll in SSRPM,
you will need to contact gotomyerp Support to get assistance in resetting your password, this process will then allow you to enroll in SSRPM. If this is your scenario, please do not attempt to reset your password on your own, as this will not work, and will only result in circular frustration.
