Receiving error: "Another user of this computer is currently using this connection"

Problem:
When attempting to login to the GoToMyERP portal, the login fails, and a message might be displayed:


Reason:
This error shows up if you happen to be attempting to login with a different user than the one that you usually use to login, and the previous session is still connected. 

Resolution:
To resolve this, you simply need to disconnect the existing session, and then attempt to login again. You can do this by clicking on the "Remote Desktop" icon in the lower right corner of your screen, in the Task Tray, and disconnecting from the previous user.
