AppDashboard RemoteApp Window Freezes then Disappear
Issue
When launching any application from the AppDashboard, a small "RemoteApp" window briefly appears, freezes, and then closes without opening the intended application.
Cause
This behavior typically occurs if an older version of TSPrint or TSScan is installed on your computer.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, follow the steps below
Update TSPrint (if installed)
If TSPrint is installed on your computer, update it to the latest version. Here is the link to download TSPrint.
Update TSScan (if installed)
If TSScan is installed on your computer, update it to the latest version. Here is the link to downlaod TSScan
Restart your Computer
After completing the reinstallation, restart your computer.
