Sage 100 is not setup properly. Please run Workstation Setup to configure this workstation

Problem

When you try to launch sage you receive two pop ups once with the credentials window and the second one with a pop "Sage 100 is not set up properly. Please run Workstation Setup to configure this workstation" Similar to the below image.




Why is this happening

The application portal apps are weblinks, so double-clicking any icon, including Sage, will launch the app twice.


How to avoid it?

Click ONLY once on the sage icon and wait for it to launch, it can take up to a minute to load depending on your internet
