Sage Business Insight Fails to Load Views
Problem
In certain instances , after a migration of Sage 100, Business Insight may not load the appropriate views.
Solution
Manual
To resolve this issue, the "ViewsPath" key needs to be created for each user and pointed to the following location:
\\<SERVER>\sage$\MAS90\BIExplorer\Views
Add the Key in the following HKCU Path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Sage Software\BIEExplorer\Products\MAS90
Automated
Add a Group Policy Preference (GPP) to the customer's GPO to create the above key for the logged in user. This will ensure the key to get created for any new user that logs in.
