Starship Web Client Enable Printing Location
Introduction
User who are using Starship web connector needs to have Printing Location Enabled.
Which User
If you are logging in for the first time or if your profile has been cleared by gotomyerp support.
What steps need to be taken to enable Printing Location
- Launch Starship client by clicking ONCE.
- Wait for black windows to disappear. Its the window which says "Starting Starship Connector and Starting Starship Web connector".
- Click on Notification area in the task bar and right click on Starship connector --> Show details.
- Click on Printing Tab --> Configure --> Place a check mark on ENABLED --> OK --> Save & Restart.
- It will take about 30-60 seconds and you should see green colored Active under location --> Close.
