Problem:
As part of an upgrade to a new server configuration, which includes FileBridge, you might have noticed that the drive mappings on the server which used to make your local drives (as displayed below) will no longer show up.
|
#1 - OLD DRIVE MAPPINGS
These might be different on your computer, but will look similar to this) |
#2 - FILEBRIDGE DRIVE MAPPINGS If you are a Sage (or other product) user, you might see something like Sage Data (S:) , Paperless (R:) |
Solution:
Though getting used to the new system may require a small learning curve, it is easy to perform the same tasks you did previously, using FileBridge. In the solution shown in the video, we will show you how to setup shortcuts on your desktop that allow you move any data saved from FileBridge to any network drive you may be connected to locally.
Important: Due to technical factors, the original method #1 above, is no longer supported by gotomyerp, and the recomended way to access your files is through FileBridge only.
