Requirements:
- You must have your platform switched from PC to Mac on the Onboarding Portal (only your Authorized Users on your account may make this change)
- If Step 1 has been completed, you will also need to have your Provisioning email sent out to you. If you do not have this email, please open a ticket by emailing support@gotomyerp.com
