            How to Setup FileBridge

            • Download the FileBridge Mapper**
            • Once downloaded, right click on the downloaded file, and click on "Properties", then click "Unblock"

            • Click on the FileBridge Mapper icon, to configure it. The information required for this tool is provided in your welcome letter, which sent to the primary contact in your organization. You can also obtain this information by writing to support@gotomyerp.com (Steps 1,2,3 and 4)
              Note: The FileBridge Mapper, and the MapFileBridge.exe may be detected as malware by your Antivirus. Please make sure to create exceptions within your AntiVirus to allow those files on your system before configuring.
            • Once configured, a new icon will be created on your desktop: MapFileBridge.exe (Step 5)
            • Double click on the MapFileBridge.exe, and type in your password to connect. (Step 6, 7)
            • When you type your password correct, and if all is configured correctly, you will get a success status, and your FileBridge drive will open.
            • You can always access your FileBridge drive by navigating through your File Explorer to the drive specified when you map your FileBridge. (In this case, it states that it is mapped on the G:\ drive). Please note that this may be a different drive on your computer, depending on your computer's configuration.

            Notes:

            1. Once the MapFileBridge file has been created, it is safe to delete the "FileBridgeMapper" file, as it is no longer needed.
            2. The MapFileBridge.exe does not need to remain open after authenticating. It can safely be closed.
            3. When rebooting your computer, it may be necessary for you to re-authenticate to your FileBridge, by double clicking the "MapFileBridge", and entering your password.
            4. In order to keep your hosted environment secure, FileBridge does have some limitations related to the files allowed to be uploaded. Most office, and productivity related files are allowed. EXEs, ZIP files, MSG files, and some others are restricted, as these are usually responsible for introducing malware and viruses to the environment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
            5. If you receive an error while uploading a file. Please make sure that you have not reached your quota for the plan your company is subscribed to.
