            How to setup and use FileBridge (Quick Start)

            What you need

            Before getting started, you will need 3 pieces of information:
            1. FileBridge URL: You can get this in one of the following ways:
              1. When your account was setup, you receive a welcome email (from: ), which contains your FileBridge URL
              2. [OR] Ask your Primary contact for your company to provide you with this URL
              3. [OR] You can Submit a Ticket , or if you have an existing open ticket, ask support for your organization's FileBridge URL.
                NOTE: Your FileBridge URL is NOT the same as your Application URL, where you launch your hosted applications.
            2. Your username : This is the same username you use to login to the application portal. e.g: jsmith
            3. Your password : This is the same password you use to login to the application portal. If you don't remember your password. Please see this article for instructions on resetting it.

            Setup FileBridge

            1. Click to Download the FileBridge Mapper
            2. Run the FileBridge Mapper
            3. You will see a black screen open where you need to enter some information. Please have the needed information mentioned above handy for this next step, and follow the animation below to fill in the info.
            4. To avoid having unnecessary password prompts, please do the following:
              • Open your FileBridge drive.
              • Go to the Group -> _INIT -> Double-click on INIT.PDF (If you don't see this file, open any PDF file)
              • Important: Make sure that your default PDF Reader is Adobe Acrobat Reader
              • Enter your username, preceded by the word HOSTED\ like this: HOSTED\jsmith
              • Enter your password
              • Check the " Remember My Password "

            What You Should Also Know

            • When you restart your computer or log out and log back in, you need to reauthenticate to FileBridge. Simply double click on the "MapFileBridge" icon on your desktop and type in your password, then click the Map FileBridge button.
