I receive a "Not enough memory" error when exporting to Excel

Problem:
When attempting to export a report from Quickbooks to Excel, you may receive the following error message

When clicking ok, you only have the option to export to CSV, like the screenshot below: 



Reason:
This error usually pops up if the logged in user does not have MS Excel added to their hosted environment plan. 
The next option will only give the option to export, and save locally on the user's workstation. 

Resolution:
If you require Excel exporting, please contact sales@gotomyerp.com or add MS Excel on the User Onboarding Portal.
please note that this will result in a billing adjustment to your account.
