Receiving - PDF document was not created successfully - when printing to paperless office

Receiving "PDF document was not created successfully" when Printing to Paperless Office in Sage

Problem:

When attempting to print to paperless office, you receive a message similar to the following:
Sage PDF document was not created successfully

Reason:

Though there could be many reasons that could cause this error, one less obvious one is the fact that the end user has some printer(s) added on their local workstation which is/are connected to a print server, but the printers are showing as offline and still being redirected through the hosted session.

Resolution:

There are a couple of solutions for this:
  1. Work with your IT folks to ensure that the printers showing as offline are brought back online
  2. Remove the printer showing as offline from your "Printers & Scanners" in your control panel.
  3. If the printer is in fact online, but having a problem showing as such through the print server, remove the printer, and reset it up with a direct connection. Your IT administrator should be able to help with this step. 
Once this issue is resolved, please log off your session. (By clicking the "Force Session Logoff" icon on your portal), then login again, and attempt to print.
