How do I reset my password? AppDashboard 1.0 (AWS)

If you forgot your password, or your password is expired, you have 2 options to reset your password: 
  1. Send yourself a PIN code to your email, or SMS to your phone, if your cell phone is registered.
  2. Answer the challenge questions that you previously set, and reset your password that way.
Prerequisites
  • This process will only work if your account is fully enrolled.
  • If your password has already expired and you are not fully enrolled, your only option at that point is to contact support .
  • If your password is still valid, complete your account enrollment, by following "STEP 1" in the " Getting Started " article

  1. Click on the  icon
  2. Click on "Fogot My Passoword" if your password is expired or if you do not know your password.
    1. Confirm username
    2. Select whichever option you prefer to reset your password (PIN or Challenge Questions)
    3. Depending on your selection, either answer the challenge questions, or check your email or your phone for a PIN code
    4. Set a new password
    5. The AppDashboard will update your saved credentials with the new password
  3. Click on "Change password" if you know your existing password.

If you happen to not have your company added and still want to reset your password before logging in,
simply type in your company name and your username, and click on the "Forgot Password" right under the password field



Application Portal Method
(through an Internet Browser)
  • Go to your application homepage
    If you are signed in already, make sure you are "signed out" of the portal and at the login screen
  • Click on "Manage My Account (Forgot/Reset Password, Unlock Account, First Time Enrollment)"
  • Click on "Forgot my password"
  • Type in your username and the CAPTCHA code
  • Select "Authenticate using challenge questions" or "Enter a PIN Code"
  • Depending on your selection, either answer the challenge questions, or check your email or your phone for a PIN code.
  • Set a new password
  • Login to your account with the newly set password
Note:
  • Please do not use a previously used password. (2 historical passwords are remembered)
  • Make sure that your password does not contain any or all of your username, first name, or last name.
