Remote Access GoToMyERP

I just got a new computer or want to access gotomyerp on a new computer

To setup gotomyerp access on a new computer, please select the instructions that correspond to your platform and version below (Windows/Mac)
AppDashboard 1.0 (Windows)
Windows App (Mac) - [Legacy]
AppDashboard 2.0 (Windows)
Windows App (Mac) - [Migrated]
AppDashboard 1.0 (Windows)
  1. Download the AppDashboard
  2. Enter the information in your Provisioning email. You may find that with one of the following 3 methods: 
    1. Search your mailbox for the following: " gotomyerp: User: "
    2. Ask your gotomyerp Authorized user to login to the Onboarding Portal and resend you your provisioning email

    3. Request your provisioning email from support@gotomyerp.com.
  3. Enter the following:
  4. Your Company Name: This might be typed exactly as it is on file with gotomyerp
  5. Your gotomyerp username
  6. Your gotomyerp password
  7. Click "Connect"
  8. Choose the desired FileBridge drive then click "Connect" again.

Windows App (Mac) - [Legacy]
  1. Download the Windows App (formerly Microsoft Remote Desktop) for Mac
  2. If you have access to your previous computer, you may find the required URL from there by following these instructions [OR]
  3. Ask your gotomyerp Authorized user to login to the Onboarding Portal and resend you your provisioning email


  4. Follow the steps in the following article to setup Application Access and FileBridge access

AppDashboard 2.0 (Windows)
  1. Download the AppDashboard v2
  2. Enter the information in your Provisioning email. You may find that with one of the following 3 methods: 
    1. Search your mailbox for the following: " gotomyerp: User: "
    2. Ask your gotomyerp Authorized user to login to the Onboarding Portal and resend you your provisioning email

    3. Request your provisioning email from support@gotomyerp.com.
  3. Enter the following:
  4. Your Company Name: This might be typed exactly as it is on file with gotomyerp
  5. Your gotomyerp username
  6. Your gotomyerp password
  7. Complete your 2-Factor Authentication
  8. Confirm your FileBridge drive letter and confirm your password once more for the FileBridge connection
  9. Click "Connect"

Windows App (Mac) - [Migrated]
  1. Download the Windows App (formerly Microsoft Remote Desktop) for Mac
  2. Enter the information in your Provisioning email. You may find that with one of the following 3 methods: 
    1. Search your mailbox for the following: " gotomyerp: User: "
    2. Ask your gotomyerp Authorized user to login to the Onboarding Portal and resend you your provisioning email

    3. Request your provisioning email from support@gotomyerp.com.
  3. Click on the "+" sign on the top right
  4. Select "Add Work or School Account"
  5. Enter your username, found in your provisioning email
  6. Enter your password and complete your 2-Factor Authentication

If you don't see your apps listed, make sure that you have the "Apps" selected in the left pane, and not "Devices"
