AppDashboard 1.0 (Windows)
- Download the AppDashboard
- Enter the information in your Provisioning email. You may find that with one of the following 3 methods:
- Search your mailbox for the following: " gotomyerp: User: "
- Ask your gotomyerp Authorized user to login to the Onboarding Portal and resend you your provisioning email

- Request your provisioning email from support@gotomyerp.com.
- Enter the following:
- Your Company Name: This might be typed exactly as it is on file with gotomyerp
- Your gotomyerp username
- Your gotomyerp password
- Click "Connect"
- Choose the desired FileBridge drive then click "Connect" again.
AppDashboard 2.0 (Windows)
- Download the AppDashboard v2
- Enter the information in your Provisioning email. You may find that with one of the following 3 methods:
- Search your mailbox for the following: " gotomyerp: User: "
- Ask your gotomyerp Authorized user to login to the Onboarding Portal and resend you your provisioning email

- Request your provisioning email from support@gotomyerp.com.
- Enter the following:
- Your Company Name: This might be typed exactly as it is on file with gotomyerp
- Your gotomyerp username
- Your gotomyerp password
- Complete your 2-Factor Authentication
- Confirm your FileBridge drive letter and confirm your password once more for the FileBridge connection
- Click "Connect"

Windows App (Mac) - [Migrated]
- Download the Windows App (formerly Microsoft Remote Desktop) for Mac
- Enter the information in your Provisioning email. You may find that with one of the following 3 methods:
- Search your mailbox for the following: " gotomyerp: User: "
- Ask your gotomyerp Authorized user to login to the Onboarding Portal and resend you your provisioning email

- Request your provisioning email from support@gotomyerp.com.
- Click on the "+" sign on the top right
- Select "Add Work or School Account"
- Enter your username, found in your provisioning email
- Enter your password and complete your 2-Factor Authentication
If you don't see your apps listed, make sure that you have the "Apps" selected in the left pane, and not "Devices"
