Windows App (Mac) - [Legacy]
- When the application launches, click on the "+" icon then click "Add Workspace" , then fill in the information as follows:
- URL: https://<yourURL>.gotomyerp.com
The above can be found in your provisioning email.
- Username: <username>
Your username can be found in your provisioning email - Password: <your password>
This is the password you setup in the previous step.
Please note the following points:
- Your password cannot be reset from this client. To reset your password, please login to your portal. (i.e: https://<youURL>.gotomyerp.com , then go through the password reset procedures.
- Once your password has been reset and/or changed. you need to make sure to Preferences.../ User Accounts , and update your password there. Otherwise, you will receive an error when refreshing your resources, and they will not be listed in the main window.
- Your password does expire every 180 days, so please ensure that you are enrolled in the Reset Password Manager, by following the password reset procedures.
Windows App (Mac) - [Migrated]
- When the application launches, click on the "+" icon then click "Add Work or School account".
- Enter your username as shown in your provisioning email.
- Enter your password, and your 2-Factor Authentication
If you don't see your app listing, please ensure that you have the "Apps" item select in the left pane, and not the "Devices" item
Please note the following points:
- Your password cannot be reset from this client. To reset your password
- Once your password has been reset and/or changed, you may be prompted to re-login on your Windows App on your mac.
- After changing your password, you will need to also update your password in your "Transmit" app on your mac. (see Step 3 in that article)
