QuickBooks is unable to send emails due to network connection failure

QuickBooks is unable to send emails due to network connection failure, you receive this message when trying to send a single or multiple emails in QuickBooks from File --> Send Form
Why is this issue happening?
This issue could have multiple causes.
The error that QuickBooks shows is often misleading and is not pointing to the real source of the problem.
How to fix it
"Send Forms" option in QuickBooks that is located under File --> Send Form, sends bulk email/invoices. If one of the email address incorrect either all or most of the emails are not sent with the above error message. This issue is mostly due to something wrong with one of the recipient's emails to whom you are sending the email, few examples of these are :
- Space before or after the email address
- If you are sending to multiple users then make sure each email is separated by semicolon ;
- Email address not formatted properly such as missing .com or the domain name.
