TSPrint Dynamic Redirection

Dynamic Redirection:

For label printers such as Zebra, we recommend Dynamic Redirection.

How does it work:

It redirects your locally installed printer to the server

What is required:

  1. Your company needs to be subscribed to TSPrint on gotomyerp onboarding portal
  2. Dynamic Redirection needs to be turned on the server (We generally do this all the time)
  3. You need to have TSPrint installed on your computer. If you do not have it, follow the steps in this link How to install and use TSPrint.

When to use it:

ONLY when you have printers that are Zebra or label printers. For the other printers, we always suggest you use TSPrint Default, TSPrint Printer, or TSPrint PDF

What applications can use the dynamic redirection:

You can use it with all the hosted applications.

What do I need to do:

  1. On your computer go to Start --> Terminal Works --> Options
  2. Click on Dynamic Redirection and select the printer such as ZEBRA
  3. Click Save.
  4. Now do a "Force session log off" --> YES
  5. Now you should be able to see the ZEBRA in the list of printers.

Note :
As mentioned above, please use this only for a label or special printers such as ZEBRA, for other printers please use TSPrint Default, TSPrint Printer, or TSPrint PDF
