How to install and use TSPrint to print to the local printers at your office

The TSPrint option is only available if your organization is subscribed to this printing feature.

TSPrint is a printing solution that simplifies printing in the hosted environment. With some software, this solution is required. If you are unsure if this is needed, please contact your account manager.
To get started:
  1. Log out of any gotomyerp applications (If you happen to be logged in)
  2. Run the installation file and follow the prompts to complete the install.

After the installation is complete, log back in to and test printing.

When selecting the printer to choose in your gotomyerp application you will have multiple different options. The options and what they are used for are listed below:

  • TSPrint Printer : This option should be used when you have multiple printers that you print to. After selecting this printer and clicking the print button within your gotomyerp hosted application, you will be prompted with a list of the local printers you have available to print to.

  • TSPrint Default  : This option is best used when in a single printer environment. After selecting this printer and clicking the print button within your gotomyerp hosted application, the print job will be sent to the printer you have set as the default on your local computer.

  • TSPrint Printer (OSX)  : This option should be used only when using a Mac computer to connect to your gotomyerp hosted application. After selecting this printer and clicking the print button within the gotomyerp hosted application, you will be prompted with a list of the local printers you have available to print to.

  • TSPrint PDF : This option should be used when you want to create a PDF file instead of print. After selecting this printer and clicking the print button within your hosted gotomyerp application, you will be prompted to either save or email the file. You will also be prompted with the option of where you would like to perform the action, on the server or on the local PC.
