What to do when QuickBooks continues to crash?

Problem:
Whenever you open QuickBooks or whenever you perform a certain function, it crashes.

Solution:
Perform each step in order first and move onto the next step if it didn't resolve the crashing.

1) Perform a force session logoff.

2) Perform a verify and rebuild (this can only be done if you don't crash immediately after logging in)

3) In the same ticket, please provide us with the following information:
-Does this also happen to anyone else?
-Does this happen when another QuickBooks user logs in using your computer?
